What I Do
It starts with a short diagnostic phase, where I assess what’s working, what’s not, and where momentum is breaking down.
From there, I deliver a custom plan to address the problems we uncover. That might mean redesigning team roles, introducing new workflows, updating how research feeds into product, or coaching Design and Product leaders reset expectations and goals.
